• Demonstrate deep subject knowledge, effective pedagogy, and ability to design coherent instruction and assessments.
• Maintain a respectful classroom culture and strong classroom management to support diverse student needs.
• Prioritize student safety and implement the Student Code of Conduct consistently.
• Advocate for equity and the CPS vision in daily practice.
