Job summary

Responsibilities include implementing SPED services, maintaining IEPs, and using data to drive instructional decisions.

Qualifications

• SPED teacher certification and credentials as required by state regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with parents, students, and regular education teachers.
• Proficiency with progress monitoring, data reporting and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct parent/student conferences.
• Deliver instruction in modalities per school program (direct, life skills, resource, co-teaching).
• Collect data and samples for progress monitoring.
• Plan and conduct parent meetings as needed.
• Assist regular teachers with IEPs and inclusion plans.
• Proctor standardized tests and complete progress reports quarterly.
