Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload of students with disabilities is required.
• At least 3 years working with students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Experience and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of students and prepare lesson plans.
• Evaluate and monitor students' performance and achievement.
• Provide daily feedback to paraprofessionals and behavior specialists.
• Analyze curriculum data bi-weekly to inform instructional decisions.
• Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
