Job summary

iLEAD California is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist to assess and address communication disorders, collaborating with learners, families, and staff. The role focuses on literacy support, intervention planning, and data-driven progress within inclusive settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, ASHA CCC-SLP, California licensure, and at least two years of related experience, with a strong commitment to serving diverse learners in a fast-paced school environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or communicative disorders and CCC-SLP/ASHA certification.
• California licensure for speech-language pathology.
• Minimum of two years related experience; experience with special needs learners.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify communication disorders and collaborate on age-appropriate interventions.
• Contribute to literacy achievement for students with communication disorders and at-risk learners.
• Develop and implement IEPs, treatment plans, and progress logs.
• Collaborate with facilitators, education specialists, counselors, and families to design and implement programs.
