Job summary

El Paso Leadership Academy is seeking a 2026-2027 SPED Paraprofessional for East Campus to support students in both self-contained and inclusion settings. You will help implement ARD documents, assist with instructional delivery, and provide targeted support to students based on annual goals.

Requirements include 48 college hours, SPED paraprofessional certification, and at least one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with special education practices and ARD processes.
• Ability to work in self-contained and inclusion classrooms.
• Ability to interpret performance data to support students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ARD paperwork development and documentation.
• Support instructional delivery in self-contained and inclusion settings.
• Provide small-group or one-on-one support aligned to annual goals.
• Ensure accommodations/modifications are correctly implemented by teachers.
• Maintain records of student contact hours and time-sheets.
