• Assist with student self-care and personal hygiene.
• Attend trainings for job performance improvement.
• Collect data to support teachers and prepare reports.
• Communicate with supervising staff to evaluate progress and implement IEPs.
• Implement behavioral plans to support learning and social skills.
• Maintain instructional materials and records.
• Monitor students to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Provide instruction in activities to reinforce objectives and skills.
