Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably in an urban setting.
• Record of success improving outcomes for students farthest from opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a productive classroom environment and build relationships with students.
• Plan for and deliver data-driven instruction and assessments.
• Provide appropriate modifications and accommodations for IEPs/504s.
• Participate in weekly PLCs with coach and colleagues.
• Analyze student data Points and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records in gradebook/Otus as required.
