  • Prepare standards-based lessons that challenge students’ critical thinking.
  • Utilize strong content knowledge to present engaging Common Core-aligned lessons.
  • Differentiate instruction to accommodate multiple learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess students’ academic and developmental growth through observation and varied assessment methods.
  • Track and monitor assessment results to refine teaching practices and plan differentiated lessons.
  • Apply urgency, rigor, and consistency to create a positive learning environment.
  • Communicate with students, parents, and staff to ensure progress toward goals.
  • Establish effective classroom management to maintain a productive, safe learning environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
