Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience with special needs students and IEP goals is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage classroom materials.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students individually or in small groups under supervision.
• Assist in implementing IEP goals for each student.
• Prepare and adapt lessons and activities as directed by teachers.
• Assist with homework activities and classroom materials.
• Monitor student progress and maintain student records.
• Support student hygiene and safety and assist with movement as needed.
• Use ASL to support communication at a minimal level.
• Supervise students during recess and field trips.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in school events.
