Job summary

Trinity Basin Preparatory, Inc Jefferson Campus in Dallas, Texas seeks a SPED Instructional Aide to support learning and behavioral expectations. Immediate start with a salary of $25,000 plus commensurate experience for the 26-27 school year.

Under supervision, you will provide instructional activities, guided reading sessions, data tracking, and collaboration with teachers to maximize student growth. Requires HS diploma; bilingual preferred; on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to implement instructional activities under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares instructional activities, materials, centers, and assessments.
• Provides whole group, small group, and one-to-one instruction.
• Conducts guided reading sessions and maintains student data.
• Maintains student lists, tracking forms, and reports as required.
• Collaborates with teachers to foster a productive learning environment.
• Manages student behavior per policies and procedures.
• Supports SPED, ESL, TAG, RTI colleagues and participates in staff development.
• Attends on-site regularly and adheres to confidentiality rules.
