Trinity Basin Preparatory, Inc. Dallas campus seeks a SPED Teacher Self Contained to deliver standards-based instruction under the Principal’s guidance, collaborating with ESL, SpEd, TAG and RTI teams to maximize student potential.

Starting date: Immediately. Salary: $62,000 per year plus commensurate with experience. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, SPED certification, ESL certification, Texas teaching certification, and Highly Qualified status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four year college or university.
• Must meet Highly Qualified status.
• Valid Texas teacher certification in respective content and grade level.
• ESL Certification is required.
• Must be SPED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Implements research-based instructional strategies to promote student achievement.
• Delivers differentiated instruction based on student knowledge and needs.
• Designs and submits engaging, standards-based lesson plans.
• Maintains a classroom environment conducive to maximizing learning.
• Collaborates with ESL, SpEd, TAG, and RTI teams to support students.
