Mental Demands: Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) instructions; ability to hear and locate sounds; maintain emotional control under stress; interpret policy, procedures, and data; coordinate district functions.
Ability to see close up, at a distance and peripherally; lift and carry 50 lbs; push or pull 100 lbs; maneuver wheelchairs, walkers or other wheeled apparatus; physically restrain disruptive students; reach above the head or straight out from the body; stand continuously for at least 30 minutes; use hands in performing tasks such as diaper changing, feeding, and helping with life skills.
