Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Texas Educational Aide Certificate or able to obtain one.
• Experience working with children; capable of assisting students with disabilities.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare educational materials and displays with the classroom teacher.
• Help keep the class neat and orderly.
• Assist in handling administrative records and reports.
• Assist with inventory, care and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in small group or individual learning activities.
