Harmony Science Academy – Beaumont High in Beaumont, TX seeks a Special Programs Case Manager to coordinate SPED, 504, and Dyslexia programs. You will manage IEP/504 processes, facilitate ARD/504 meetings, and ensure compliance with applicable laws for assigned campuses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, SPED experience, and Texas certification (preferred). On-site presence is required at Harmony campuses with responsibilities across district programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Minimum 2 years of special education teaching experience (Preferred).
• Valid Texas Educator Certification with required special education endorsement (Preferred).

Aufgaben

• Understands and supports the mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Manages the IEP and 504 process including meetings, documentation and reporting for assigned campus(es).
• Plans and facilitates ARD/504 meetings and serves on the ARD/504 Committee.
• Participates in placement decisions based on educational data presented to the committee.
• Establishes objectives based on evaluation findings to be presented to the ARD Committee.
• Monitors compliance with timelines and state and federal regulations.
• Maintains communication with parents, students, principals and teachers about progress.
• Trains teachers and staff on confidentiality and SPED/504 services and programs.
• Assists in scheduling SPED instruction and staff development planning.
• Coordinates SPED/504 instruction with regular education to meet student needs.
