Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 college credits required or pass ParaPro with 464 score within one year of hire.
• Experience or training in proper ABA techniques is preferred.
• Computer literacy and baseline familiarity with Google Suite are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
• Assist in implementing behavioral intervention plans and data collection.
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher, Residents, Fellows, and families to support students.
• Attend staff PD, IEP meetings, and grade-level meetings.
