Qualifications

• Associates degree or 48 college credits or ParaPro score 464 within 1 year of hire.
• Experience or training in restraint procedures preferred.
• Experience with ABA techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students on caseload.
• Assist Lead Teacher with lesson plans and materials.
• Support testing accommodations and extended time.
• Collaborate with teachers, family, and leaders to meet student needs.
• Maintain attendance and participate in professional development.
