Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts Public Charter Schools is seeking Aides for KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School. The Aides are responsible for providing personal support to students who need additional help, ensuring their social and academic growth.

The ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree or the equivalent, with skills in fostering relationships and empowering students. Aides will receive a base salary ranging from $37,000 to $50,000, along with a signing bonus and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive student growth and achievement.
• Experience with physical restraint techniques (preferred).
• Experience with ABA techniques for student support (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist individual students and groups with personal attention.
• Assist classroom teachers with curriculum modifications.
• Facilitate positive relationships between students and peers.
