Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in immunology, cell biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
Coursework or lab experience in cell culture, pipetting, and aseptic technique.
Hands-on experience in flow cytometry (spectral or conventional) preferred, but not required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute method development experiments for a spectral flow cytometry phenotyping panel.
Analyze and interpret experimental data to assess assay performance.
Document procedures, results, and observations in the ELN.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and optimize protocols.
Present findings in team meetings and a final project presentation.
Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with standard operating procedures.
