Job summary

Labcorp is hiring for a specimen processing role in Englewood, CO. You will prepare laboratory specimens for analysis, unpack and route specimens, identify and label, pack and ship to testing facilities, and meet production goals.

Minimum qualification is a high school diploma; preferred 1 year lab or healthcare experience and proficiency in MS Office. This full-time role offers benefits and a 3rd shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred qualification: 1 year or more of experience in a lab or specimen processing.
• 1 year or more of experience in a medical/clinical laboratory experience.
• 1 year or more of experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office, clinic or hospital.
• 1 year of experience in an assembly or manufacturing production environment.
• Comfortable handling biological specimens.
• Ability to accurately identify specimens.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00PM-4:30AM with Rotational Saturday

Pay Range

$18.88 - $22.22 per hour plus 3rd shift differential. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data

• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
