• Accurately enter data at a rate of 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes per hour.
• Ensure all specimens are processed and delivered in a timely, compliant, and organized manner.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and professional work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks.
• Work within departmental completion times and productivity/quality benchmarks.
• Remain flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
