Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Specimen Processing and Accessioning team in St. Paul, MN. Work schedule includes Tue–Fri 5:30AM–2:00PM and Sat 7:15AM–3:45PM with a pay rate of $17.75 per hour.

Responsibilities include preparing specimens, labeling, routing, packing, and data entry with strict accuracy. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred candidates have Labcorp experience and at least 1 year in a lab or healthcare setting, strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in a lab or specimen processing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Unpack and route specimens to staging areas.
• Accurately identify and label specimens.
• Pack and ship specimens to testing facilities.
• Meet department activity and production goals.
• Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Resolve and document any problem specimens.
