Qualifications

• Knowledge of study set-up and cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring, training, performance management, development, mentoring, and coaching of team members.
• Establish daily operational objectives and coordinate workflows, resources, and staff coverage.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements that enhance performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain quality control systems, SOPs, training records, and documentation.
• Promote compliance with procedures, regulatory guidelines, health and safety requirements.
• Support capacity planning, budget planning, equipment Justifications, audit preparation, and incident trend analysis.
• Partner with global counterparts to improve process consistency and serve as a point of contact for internal and external client inquiries.
