• Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as intermediary between patients and the laboratory.

Skills

Experience as a specimen collector

Customer service experience

Ability to navigate smartphone and computer

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
