Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking a Part Time Female Specimen Collector in Tucson, AZ. The role involves collecting urine and oral fluid specimens, processing and packaging for shipping, and interfacing between clinics and the laboratory. Observed collections require female candidates.

Flexible part-time schedule (Mon-Thu various morning/afternoon shifts). Prior medical or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collector experience or 1+ year in medical field
• 2+ years of customer service experience can substitute medical experience
• Demonstrated ability to navigate smartphone and computer
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• HIPAA, confidentiality and compliance knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as intermediary between practice/clinic and laboratory
• Record patient information and physician orders
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens when applicable
• Drive between facilities as needed
