Fastest Labs of Bloomington is seeking a Customer Service Specimen Collector to provide exceptional client service while performing certified urine, saliva, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle, and DNA specimen collections. You will also support daily office tasks, including data entry and handling telephone inquiries.

The role suits someone energetic with a positive attitude who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clear speech on phone and in writing.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and scheduling.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/bend as needed.
• Comfort working with biological specimens and cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients professionally.
• Handle calls, answer inquiries, schedule appointments per scripts.
• Perform certified specimen collections (urine, saliva, alcohol, DNA, etc.).
• Conduct rapid urine/saliva screening when required.
• Complete client docs and chain of custody forms accurately.
• Process client payments and receipts.
