Job summary

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, as well as strong skills in technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving. A competitive salary in the range of $74,000 to $90,000 with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of applicable experience in Specifications; 2+ years of in-field experience preferred.
• American Institute of Architects (AIA) member.
• IIBEC or CSI member.

Responsibilities

• Develop AIA MasterFormat specifications in compliance with Tremco and established requirements.
• Calculate wind-uplift design pressures for specific projects.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Sales throughout specification development.
