The Specialty Unit Staff RN in the Stepdown PCU provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and leading healthcare teams.

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.

Requirements

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• 1-year recent experience in a Critical Care, DOU, or SDU setting

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse License in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Arrhythmia course required
• Ventilator training required
