Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience in Critical Care / DOU / SDU.
• BLS, ACLS, Basic Arrhythmia, and Ventilator training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Lead the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to customer service standards.
• Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit operations.

Requirements

Education:

• Registered Nurse License (California)

Experience:

• 1-year recent experience in a Critical Care, DOU, or SDU setting

Licenses & Certifications:

• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Basic Arrhythmia course required
• Ventilator training required
