What You'll Do

• Coordinate departmental operations and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
• Participate in activities related to patient flow, including admission and discharge processes.

Requirements

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience in Labor and Delivery or successful completion of a KP L&D course within the prior 12 months

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse License in California
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certificate within 12 months of hire
