Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting casualty, package, workers’ compensation, professional liability, or specialty insurance products.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex submissions and make sound underwriting decisions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, price, quote, bind, and manage a portfolio of security guard accounts.
• Review new business, renewals, and endorsements for security guard and patrol service risks.
• Analyze exposures, loss history, operations, and risk characteristics.
• Determine pricing, terms, conditions, and coverage structures per guidelines.
• Issue quotations, bind coverage, and manage policy transactions within delegated authority.
• Develop relationships with retail agents, brokers, and carrier partners.
• Support renewal strategy discussions and underwriting audits.
