Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Surgical technician program or equivalent experience.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Support the goals of the surgery center and participate in quality improvement activities.
