The Specialty Services Engagement Manager is responsible for advancing in-network referrals and optimizing network utilization through strategic provider engagement, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration. This highly collaborative and evolving role blends internal sales, provider engagement, and data-informed decision-making to support care coordination, minimize referral leakage, and ensure patients receive high-quality care within LifeStance’s comprehensive services. Scope may adapt based on business needs, market dynamics, and organizational priorities.

Remote with flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time to engage clinicians and leadership teams across accountable geographies
$100,000 - $110,000/annually LifeStance provides the compensation range and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. LifeStance reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
