LifeStance Health is seeking a proven Clinician Liaison to drive referral volume from primary and specialty care physicians, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources in the assigned market. You will represent LifeStance clinicians and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to hardwire referral relationships.
The role involves about 70% field visits (roughly three days per week) and 30% virtual, with in-person calls to offices, conferences, and patient pathways.

We are seeking a proven and highly motivated sales professional to serve as a Clinician Liaison with our care partners. Representing LifeStance clinicians, the Clinician Liaison will drive referral volume from primary and specialty care physicians, referral coordinators, hospital discharge planners, and other patient referral sources in the assigned market(s) through meaningful interaction that centers around shared patients. The position reports directly to the National Business Development Director and works closely with LifeStance’s clinical and operations teams to hardwire referral relationships with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians. The Clinician Liaison will spend approximately 70% of their time in the field visiting referral partner care sites, building relationships and serving as the face of LifeStance (about 3days per week in person). The remaining 30% will be virtual.
The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear; frequently required to walk. Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
