Job summary

Target in American Fork, UT is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide guest services, merchandising, and store operations. You will supervise a team of hourly associates and ensure excellent guest experiences across departments.

You will train, coach, and schedule staff to achieve sales goals while maintaining store standards and a welcoming environment for guests. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly atmosphere.
• Train, coach and coach team members to meet Target’s standards.
• Plan workload and assign daily tasks to team members to meet sales goals and guest engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure department standards and planograms are followed.
• Support store leadership in onboarding, safety, and daily store operations.
