Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Lead and coach team members to meet Target’s guest experience and service standards.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising sets, planograms, and signage across departments.
• Assist with backroom replenishment and stock organization to ensure product availability.
