Job description

Specialty Sales Team Leader

No two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
  • Model, train, and coach team members to deliver on our GUEST service model culture.
  • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences.
  • Plan daily/weekly workload under the guidance of your direct leader, and execute to meet department and store sales goals and guest engagement objectives, including planning merchandising sets, making updates to planograms, sales plans, events, and promotions.
  • Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices outlined during onboarding and ongoing learning; help close skill gaps through development, coaching, and team interactions.
  • With guidance from your direct leader, develop, coach, and lead a team of consultants.
