Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Amarillo, TX to drive guest experience and sales execution on the sales floor and backroom. You will lead hourly teammates, coach performance, and ensure merchandise is signed, stocked, and presented to reflect seasonal trends.

You will manage daily workloads, balance store priorities, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and compliance across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and scanners.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an easy, inspiring environment.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including coaching and development.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, merchandised, and clean.
• Assist with backroom organization and safety compliance.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding; assist customers with checkout and drive-up as needed.
