Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide a team in delivering an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience. You’ll oversee merchandising, guest interactions, and daily store operations, ensuring brand standards are consistently met while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop hourly team members, plan workloads, and collaborate with leadership to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service commitments and building a guest-first culture.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities
