What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a strong understanding of the EMS industry and ZOLL products to effectively support sales activities
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Manage and report on sales activities during review meetings with management
- Build relationships with territory sales managers and customers while providing excellent customer service
- Utilize customer feedback tools to assess sentiment and develop action plans for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to achieve sales and revenue goals
- Proven experience in client-focused solution delivery
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in account management within the healthcare or EMS sectors
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
