Amgen in the Washington, D.C. area seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect healthcare professionals with our products. You will deliver clinical knowledge and navigate payer environments to improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4+ years of Sales experience OR High school diploma with 6+ years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor's with 3 years of sales/clinical experience OR Associate with 6 years OR High school with 8 years.
• Preferred: 3+ years of pharma/biotech/medical device sales; knowledge across oncology, nephrology, dermatology, and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct programs, and achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and sustain patient-centric messaging.
