Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader at our Columbia, SC store. You will lead a team of specialists, deliver exceptional guest service, and drive sales through effective merchandising and planograms.

You will plan daily workloads, coach team members, and ensure store standards while maintaining safety and compliance. A high school diploma and prior retail experience are preferred, with a flexible, full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Specialty Sales Team Members and support daily store operations.
• Deliver Target’s guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Plan and manage daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and priorities.
• Maintain and adjust merchandising plans and planograms to reflect seasonal themes.
• Partner with leadership on training, coaching, and performance management.
