Qualifications

• Ability to lead multiple departments and coach hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Ensure team members are trained and consistently deliver on Target's guest experience and operations.
• Observe performance, give feedback, and drive actions to improve guest experience metrics.
• Review area metrics, identify opportunities, and align team on execution and behaviors.
• Lead a culture of service, inclusivity, and brand standards across departments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement.
