Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience preferred.
• No criminal history relating to drug work.
• Strong math calculation skills.
• Ability to work within procedures under moderate supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Intermediate typing and MS Office proficiency.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or intern/extern license.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification required unless enrolled in accredited college of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Engage in monthly adherence refill calls and coordinate referrals with internal and external provider offices.
• Support the specialty and mail order pharmacy program in a patient-focused environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals via phone.
• Participate in career advancement and specialty education opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvement pilot programs and business optimization.
