Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Liaison in Albuquerque, NM, to provide comprehensive medication management services. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients and hospital clinicians to ensure quality care and medication adherence.

The Pharmacy Liaison provides integrated support to patients and pharmacists through a hands‑on approach to total quality patient care. This includes working closely with patients to ensure medication adherence using our tools and applications and encouraging specialty clinic patients to fully utilize the pharmacy’s superior care services.
As the liaison will be based within a medical center clinic, seamless integration with the clinic team – including doctors, nurses, and staff – is critical to success in this role.
Knowledge of rheumatology, oncology and/or neurology a plus
Required Licensure / Certification: State‑registered pharmacy technician; nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent. Additional licensure obtained within mutually agreed timeframe if required. Continued employment contingent upon meeting these requirements.
Years of Experience: Required 2 years; preferred 3‑5 years as a Pharmacy Technician.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
