Job summary

You will ensure accurate prescription entry and assist with delivery coordination, refills, and order preparation. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or clinically-based customer service.
• Active DC Board of Pharmacy registration is required.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription information accurately and verify fillings.
• Contact patients to arrange delivery or pickup.
• Perform refill reminder calls and process orders for delivery or pickup.
• Fill medication orders and pack/ship to patients via carriers.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle cash register transactions.
