Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the California State Board of Pharmacy is required.
• Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as point person for coordinating delivery needs and tracking related charges.
• Assist with administrative and operational duties for specialty pharmacy services.
• Coordinate and track new patient referrals and initiation of therapy.
• Ensure accurate submission of pharmacy claims and proper reimbursement for specialty meds.
• Maintain day-to-day reimbursement workflows and produce monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate prior authorizations with payers and support Appeals when needed.
