Alameda Health System is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist with coordinating and implementing specialty pharmacy operational activities related to billing, delivery, tracking, and patient interactions.

You will liaise with delivery vendors, assist with administrative duties, enroll new patient referrals, and support prior authorization and reimbursement processes within Epic Hyperspace. A California-registered technician with relevant experience is preferred.

Formación

• Requires California-registered Pharmacy Technician.
• Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• One year of recent experience coordinating specialty pharmacy services in an admin/operational role.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery needs and tracking with the delivery vendor.
• Support administrative and operational duties.
• Build patient relationships and process new/refill orders.
• Enroll and track new patient referrals and therapy initiation.
