Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Pharmacist to lead the Specialty Pharmacy Program within the Elliot Retail Pharmacy Department in Manchester, NH. The role is onsite, full-time, with a focus on specialty workflows, compliance, and program leadership.

Qualifications include a PharmD/Bachelor from an ACPE-accredited school, NH Pharmacist license, and several years of specialty pharmacy and management experience. CSP strongly preferred. Onsite Monday–Friday schedule with no holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of specialty pharmacy experience
• 3 Years of pharmacy management experience
• CSP strongly preferred
• MBA/MHA/MPH or other graduate degree preferred (optional)
• New Hampshire Registered Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day specialty operations, including fulfillment, staffing, and clinical workflows.
• Counsel patients and document in patient charts.
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacy vendors to drive compliance, efficiency and program performance.
• Ensure accreditation standards are met (URAC/ACHC).
• Document, maintain and organize program data for reporting and third-party payors.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents as needed.
