This role emphasizes clinical reviews, patient counseling, and collaboration with care teams to improve patient outcomes in a high-volume environment. This onsite position requires strong regulatory knowledge and a Pharm.D.

Qualifications

• Completion of Pharm.D. from an accredited college or university.
• Current, active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform drug utilization reviews to identify interactions and therapy concerns.
• Dispense specialty medications with a focus on safety and quality.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, storage, and adherence.
• Collaborate with providers, patients and care teams to resolve questions.
• Oversee pharmacy technician work to ensure accuracy in fulfillment.
• Maintain compliant patient records and support quality and operations.
