Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or state license.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and prescription processing systems.
Responsibilities
- Process prescription orders and ensure accuracy in dispensing.
- Support pharmacists in medication therapy management and patient counseling.
- Maintain documentation and comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management including ordering and restocking.
- Respond to patient and provider inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and Pharmacy best practices.
